So- I got an iphone! I finally did it! I have been a Samsung die hard for years and always refused to switch. I refused when my kids and husband switched, I refused when all my friends switched, and I even refused when none of my group texts worked properly and I had the nerve to ask all my friends to start using a texting app. I loved my android! In my mind it has always been more "techie" and I am a techie girl! Not only is an android an open system where you can add more features to it, the camera on my galaxy note 5 is AWESOME! Truly amazing photos have been taken with this photo in the right light. I will miss it! However, I decided to take the leap for photography. There were some apps that I really wanted to try that were Apple only and I was always feeling a little envious of the iphone 7 dual camera system. But more importantly, I have been given the opportunity to use Sirui USA's phone camera lens attachments and there was no adaptors for the android phone that I owned. When the attachments arrived I was so excited because they are QUALITY! Heavy duty glass! But other than using an old iphone 6 that I had laying around, I really have not been able to give them a spin. So...I have taken the leap! To kick off the challenge I have posted below some of my favorite images that were taken by a cell phone in the last few years. Most were taken with the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and one taken with an older iphone 6. Join me on a 30 day adventure where I will be exploring the iphone 7plus multi camera system, the editing apps and my Sirui USA phone lenses. I will creatively challenge myself to post photos each day on social media using ONLY my cell phone and describe what apps and features I used and how I feel about them! Disclaimor: I am not paid by Apple, Samsung, SIrui USA or any other company. All statements made in my 30 challenge are of my own opinion- good, bad or otherwise. Nice photos. I now look forward to what you can do with your new phone and new phone photo toys (attachments). I am curious how heavy the attachments are and how easy they are to put onto the phone. Let me know. Good luck and Peace
