Your images must be prepared before you upload in the following way: 1. rename your image with your First and Last Name and the template you are purchasing (ex Alissarosenbergsanta2). 2. Images must be high resolution. 3. Images must be jpeg. 4. You MAY NOT send a professional photograph unless you have written permission from the photographer to use it.

Q: What are "Social Distancing" Santa's and Digital Art Enhancements?
A: We take YOUR image and place it into a beautiful digital art template. When it is finished you will be emailed back a high resolution .jpeg image to keep. You will not be getting any physical prints with this order but you will be able to print and share the final product.
Q: Can I print it and share it on Social Media?
A: YES! You can print it as many times as you would like and share it on any social media platform. You can even use the final image as a holiday card, print it on canvas, wood, pillows, or any other gift item that you wish. The only thing you can't do is resell it.
Q: Where should I print the final image?
A: You can print it from your favorite print house or website such as Costco, Snapfish, etc
Q: What kind of photos do I need to send you?
A: Any high resolution image will work. You can send us cell phone images or images that we have taken for you or ones that you have taken yourself. YOU CANNOT send us other professional photographers images unless you get written permission from that photographer that we can use it.
Q: What size can I print the final product that you send back?
A: You must look at the specifications for each image. Most images can be printed as a 5x7 (perfect for holiday cards) and can go up to 11x14. However, the size will depend upon the resolution of the image you provide.
Q: If I purchase an image that is sized to print at a 5x7 ratio, can I also print it as an 8x10?
A: Maybe. It will depend upon which image you print. When you go to print the image and choose an 8x10 print size you may have to crop some of the image to make it fit. Some of the images will crop and still look great and other will not.
Q: Can I pay to have the final image in different print sizes?
A: Yes, you can specify different print sizes in the order form and we may be able to accommodate the change for a small fee.
Q: How long does the whole process take?
A: Once you have filled out the form , sent us your image and made payment it will take a maximum of a week to complete. However, it will most likely take less time. If you are looking to use this as a holiday card the we will work hard to get your digital back to within a day or two.
Q: I want to use this as a holiday card. Can you add my family name on it (ex: "Love, the Rosenberg Family")
A: Yes, no charge for a single line
